Scott Hollway bought this mint Swift GTi back in April 1999 for just £2700 and since then it has seen many changes but has remained reliable in that time. (Another triumph for Japanese engineering since it has over 100k on the clock). This car is a real credit to Scott who has spent a good deal of time and money modifying it. Some of the exterior changes include :

15″ OZ F1 Cups that are highly polished, Renault Laguna front splitter, clear indicators, one off single wiper conversion, chrome M3 mirrors, lowered 35mm, tinted rear lights and glass.

Although tuning mods only involve full stainless exhaust and induction kit, this car isn’t slow. In fact, Scott has disappointed many a boy racer in their French shitboxes with the little Suzuki much to their surprise and annoyance.

The inside of this pocket rocket hasn’t remained standard either.A cool (and loud) Rockford Fosgate system running off a pioneer head unit is the centre point for me.

But with interior finishing touches like neon’s in the foot well, strobes in the boot, Sparco pedals and a Momo steering wheel, this car is a great addition to the shows it regularly attends along with Scott himself and his missus Iona.

Big thanks goes out to Scott and we will see you and the Swift at Billing.
